I don't know if this means anything but in the C3C editor, it allows you to add a 32nd civ without replacing any current civs or the barbarians. Try it out for your self. Does this mean one more civ can be added?

Please reply!

I discovered something else! If you go to the edit screen where you can edit the civilizations, then you exit out of the screen and press edit rules again it keeps alowing to add another civ. Could this be a bug? :crazyeye:  :crazyeye:

When I did that, it seemed to work, but then I would close the file, and when I opened it again, it had deleted the extra civ I had created, even though I had saved. Oh well. :)

ok since we're on the topic... isn't there another finished civ in the game?? the Austrians?
I think I remember reading that a few weeks ago. Can someone help me to find them in the editor?
thanks

Austria isn't in the Epic game due to the hardcoded limit. You can either redo one of the other civs, modding it into Austria or delete one of them, then add Austria. You can find Austria in the Napoleonic Europe Scenario.

I wouldn't trust trying to add another civ above the current number in the Epic Game, without first deleting or modding one. I have seen reports of people getting crashes because they added civs without removing any.

I noticed that when I add about three more civs than 31 you cannot press the add button but then close and reopen the window. I asked Firaxis/Atari/whoever to put Austria on the epic game list and them selected as playable in the scenario data screen, although you just can't play with more than 31. It is simple, I don't know why Atari/Firaxis/whoever didn't do it in the first place.

First go to the editor and click on an option near the top of the screen titled "Scenario", underneath a menu will appear and near the bottom of the list will be "Custom Rules". Just open up the rule editor and go to "Civilizations" and "add" Austria. Make sure to enter in the leaderhead, on the first leaderhead entry thing enter in "Art\Flics\X2_Charles_ancient_fwrd.flc" and in the entry below it enter in "Art\Flics\X2_Charles_ancient_bwrd.flc". As for city lists, build oftens, and leader names open up another editor window and open up the Napoleonic conquest. It might say MP Napoleonic or something. You have to copy the lists name by name but that's a way.
