Adding Technologies to tech Tree

I am not sure if this is the right section to ask this but here we go. Also, if this has been asked before,then could someone point me in the right driection? I want to run the "18 Civs" scenario but I want to add the technologies from Next War Scenario. S how is that done if at all?

Load the Next War mod, play the Earth 18 Civs map from the "Play Scenario" menu...
