Additional Civilizations (by DJSHenninger)

I'd love to have some more info on them, thanks :) Won't start with Argentina any time soon, though.

Hah! You all thought I would have forgotten about this. But I did not.

Now I'll show you all, oh yes, I'll show you all!

Err... ahem

Some information on the Frigorificos:

From an inside perspective and from an outside perspective.

Plus some lazy research on the leader himself.

I already completely forgot this :crazyeye: And I'll forget this again, since an Argentina update is still soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo far away. I'm currently focusing on making leaderscenes only, for all the civs in need. And I have.. 0 so far  Anyway, thanks ;)

PRESENTING: SKANDERBEG ON STEROIDS!

Background may not be final, but I just wanted to paste the dude somewhere :D

Skanderbro. Do u even League (of Lezhe)?

Thanks all. But yeah, the eagle was rather hard to implement; his armour needs some finetuning, too. I probably won't be updating it soon, as I plan to make a lot of leaderscenes first before the actual coding and redesigning. Though those plans might just change again..

hi!! last night i was playig a game with your Khmer civilization; a great tall-culture game. I started next to a river sorrounded by jungle... the combination of Temple mountain-Khlon-bonus plantations are simply brutal, making this, one of my favourite civs but i find two Little issues with E&D:
-Enthronement ceremony: i'm obtaining the Golden age points, but not the boost on speed improvement by workers
-Dedicate temples to Vishnu: i'm obtaining the +1 culture on temple mountain ,but temples don't increase 10% the culture of my cities

I have a great bunch of your civs on my games, and all are pretty uniques and fun to play, i like specially the art of the units and improvemens, this one looks awesome (temple mountain).
Thanks a lot for your mods and for your hard work:thanx:

Thanks and thanks for the report, I'll .. look into it in the far future, hehehe.. or maybe I should actually update all non-art civs first, though most of them need new map images.. I'll make sure to test the decisions before actually updating civs  I used to, but it's a whole lot of work.. sometimes.

So many of your civs await an update, where in the world will you start (Asian or European)? My vote would go towards the Sikh but I'm biased since that's the first one of yours that I've played with.

The real question is - whose Argentina will be updated first? DJSHenninger's or Leugi's? :p

Shhhhhhhhhhhhh! Do not speak his name! For to speak his name will only delay his long awaited return.

I'd like to see a Sikh/Punjab civ try to take a shot at not using the Gurdwara since that's in Rise to Power as a religious building. That's probably too hard, though :p

I'd like to see more civs from that region in general (along with a Sikh update of course), I feel like there's quite a few more elements of that region's history that are ripe for making civs out of. LITE may have a couple planned, not sure about that though.

My original plan was to focus on Eastern Europe (Wallachia, Moldavia, Albania, Montenegro in particular). But now I'm making as many leaderscenes as possible. Which will probably take a long time. As my art skills improve, I'm seeing more and more of my leaderscenes in need of improvement :crazyeye:

From what I can tell, Leugi's Argentina was already quite far in development, at least from an art perspective :p

I'm interested in a couple of empires in the Indian subcontinent (not Punjab in particular), including the Suri empire, Pala empire and the Khilji dynasty. But none of those are actually added to my list. I tend to keep a short list (currently Matthias Corvinus' Hungary & John Hunyadi's Transylvania) of actual planned civilizations, instead of 20 or so, when I'm releasing civs at a rate of none to two per year :P
