Additional Religious Beliefs

If there confirmation on requirements to get the additional 2 beliefs for religion?

-Got the 1st one on 76% of global coverage. (Did not activate on 75%)

- Yet to try for the 2nd

I managed to get up to 95% coverage without unlocking any before. Eventually, after a few turns of sustained keeping above 90% I unlocked a single extra belief (and then discovered I couldn't keep more than 1 in the Modern age, so not worth it anyway!)

I don't believe anyone has ever unlocked the third founder's belief. In spite of 100% and so forth. One theory says that a future civ will have it as a special ability.

Too bad most of religion is underwhelming (you see the AI always beeline the science bonus).
