Advanced start mod

I was looking in some xml files and lua files and I did see a lot of references to an advanced start option. (for example in the GlobalDefines.xml) Seems to me that it is included in the game bust just not enabled.
Anyone working on a activation that or knows where to activate it?

I have never really made a mod to a game so it feels a little bit over my head :)
 
Yeah, a lot of code is there for advanced start with things like unit costs and values. I bet they implement it in a future patch.
