"advanced start" windoow is almost empty

Hi everybody!

I wanted to do an bts civ iv advanced start. But the only icons in the advanced start window are the tech-icon, a city icon, as i now assume, to alter the buildings, pop etc of the city, and an icon for letting the computer do the advanced start for you.

I have no icons for troops, and I cannot select techs in the tech tree. Costs are always 0.

Whenever I click on the map, the map is being centered.

So my only not satisfying options are to click the "start" button in the upper left corner of the screen, or the icon generating the cities and improvements automatically for you.

Would be great to know, what is wrong.

I just installed patch 3.19, now everything is ok!!!!!!!!!!!!!
