Say you are behind in tech, and you capture a wonder. For example, you are stuck in the ancient age, and you capture an AI city with Sun Tzu's Art Of War (yeah, I know, wishful thinking) Anyways, do you get that wonder's benefits? Or do you have to wait until you've discovered the tech for it?

You will get the benefits. This is especialy useful when capturing a wonder built from a dead end tech. You let someone else research and build the wonder and follow up by taking it.

You always get a wonder's benefit when you capture it, but unfortunately you don't get any culture nor can it become a tourist attraction.

I believe it will even gain tourist bonus as being built the date the original civ constructed it.
