Age of Ice

Someone please respond. Okay, I got BTS. I thought I'd try Age of Ice, but when I started my game, an ingame window talking about Bhall or something pops up and it freezes. What's wrong?

could you be more specific? preferably post a screenshot of that popup. (I believe it is just the starting popup of the mod and the freeze is caused by something else, but maybe I am not correct).

I'll post a screen soon. I load it up, the popup that says pretty much "welcome this is the game" that comes when you start a game shows up and that's fine. Then I see my city and another popup shows up. It looks like some sort of video and I see the place where the video should be. At the bottom it says something about how the Age of Magic ended and then civ closes.

does it give any error message when closing?
also could you please open your users\<name>\my games\beyond the sword\civilizationIV.ini and set everything with "log" in its name (4 items near the end of the file) to 1 and hydepythonexceptions to 0 - then start age of ice again and when it crashes post the contents of users\<name>\my games\beyond the sword\logs here as a zip file.

New theory. I was just playing nextwar, and a video popped up and it crashed. Anyone know how to reinstall?
