AI changes in 1.29f

Since Firaxis didn't tell us the changes to the AI, post them here as you find them.

First thing I noticed when I started a new game was that the AI actually proposed some gold per turn trades MUCH earlier in the game. We were both in Despotism. Definately wouldn't have happened in the last version.
 
I loaded the game I had been playing in 1.21 where I had average and weak military comparisons. After patch my military was strong compared to everyone, and I was offered much better trades from AI.

I was able to trade many excess luxuries for larger gpt where before I was offered a world map.
 
The commercial trait has been strengthened (more city tile gold and doubled the "OCN increase" effect of the trait).

Soren indicated that the AI will build more "offensive" units - we'll see more knights, cavalry and tanks rather than just (almost exclusively) riflemen, infantry and mechanized infantry.
