I use FireTuner to play a AI only game as observer. It goes fine, but on the scoreboard it only shows "Unmet Player" and its points on the other civs.

Is there another mod to see the other civs points?

Unfortunately this is how observer mode works. It is practically worthless.

I have a question about the AI and there is no need of a new thread. Does anyone know if the AI ever fixes its citadel that has been pillaged?

On topic. I'd like to watch this with the smarter AI mod.

All of the AI-only games I've seen use the In-Game Editor mod (might not be the exact name). I've never used it myself so don't know about its specific mechanics, but it lets you watch all the action and displays the proper names on the scoreboard. The human picks a civ to control (probably Venice) and spawns themselves with only some nuclear subs deep into ice where they can't be interacted with. It seems to work pretty well.

Technically this can be done with Firetuner as well, since it's nothing inherently unique to IGE's capabilities. IGE does have some advantages over Firetuner for editing game stuff, but this isn't it. On the other hand, it does needlessly spam the logs with tons of errors, so there's that.

The problem is that Firetuner comes with a handy "Autoplay" button which is one click to watch the game, but it comes with the aforementioned "issues" (it's trying to let you resume control of one of the Civs at some point.)

The submarine spawning and hiding in ice method keeps "you" in the game, so all the details are available, but you do wind up having to hit End Turn manually every turn.
