AI Tech Rate

Hi, I am trying to modify the rate at which the ai researches techs. Does anyone know which file I need to do this? Many thanks.

I'm almost 100% sure it's in the Handicap XML file, but since I don't have one nearby I can't verify it. I know you can tweak your research there so in actuality you are doing theirs as well.
