Ai tech trade threshhold.

Just a couple of questions.

1. I just got writing, and quite a few civ's, whom I have a good relationships with won't trade techs with me even though it would help us both. Nowm I have seen this in regular civ, but not to the extent that basically none of them will. I get the line from the ai, 'not want to trade this tech yet' even though more then twenty civs have it. Has this been tweaked in CTC.

2. I started my game on emporer, and found that I have copped a whipping in the tech race, and growth of cities. Normally, I have found that on long games (eternrity) with large mods (AND, ROM), the ai really struggles, and I need to raise emporer to get a good game. However, is the ai been really taught to use all of the feature in CTC, because, boy are they doing well.

The economic AI has had a lot of work done on it, and is far better than it used to be (sadly the same cannot yet be said of the military AI though). Whether or not to trade a tech has not been explicitly tweaked in C2C, though I agree that it should probably be looked at at some point.
