Airlift

I dont know whats going on, but in alot of my games, im only able to airlift a single unit per turn, and then some turns i cant airlift at all. I have airports in the cities doing the airlifting, but i cant lift more than one at a time. Anyone have any ideas?

You cant airlift more than 1 unit per turn from a single city. Airlifting ofc requires airport.

Ok, im not talking about airlifting from one city, im talking about the recieving city, and how after i lift that one unit, i cant airlift anything else, anywhere else.

It works like this.
Each city with an airport can send 1 unit.
Each city can receive 1 unit, unless it has an airport in which case it can receive unlimited units.

i hate how in one of the patches, you cant airlift units to a nation you have open borders with. that sucks so much i have to invade somewhere so i can have a foothold on the continent... that costs city maintenaince
