Nothing to preflight.
IT: RP comes in. Start AT. Greeks finish US.
1305: MM the store. Switch temples to libs. Change rifles to inf.
IT: ToE in. Learn AT + Elect. Start espionage. Novo changed to Hoover. Riot in Irkutsk
1310: Spend lot's of time trying to find a way to get corp off Alex. Doesn't appear Alex or Otto has rubber. Some fog in Otto land. so, dyes to otto for WM. I only see one unclaimed rubber S of Mytilene. Not in anyone's borders. Elect to Alex for Commie and 45g (could have got more, but didn't want any lasting deals). The fool still won't give up Corp for AT + gold.
IT: Alex get delusional and sends rifle into our territory
1315: delusional rifle escorted to borders
IT: Hoover in
1325 IT: espionage to corp at minimum (we'll upgrade some units, plant a spy and steal corp or start a war). Otto finishes smiths
not much else. I didn't preposition the forces. the time is right to go whack alex. there is an ongoing dyes deal with Otto. Don't think we want him in the war or he may get rubber. Start an RoP with Otto to keep him away? It should be done by the time we're ready to take him on. Think I woke all the units, but look carefully. I've been somewhat lax with the workers.

Hoover finished, Abwehr finished. The incompetent spies only succeed in geeting themselves caught wihtout provoking Alexander into war. so in 1385 declare and march. Take Syracuse, I think it was, the little town in the north then build a bastion at the mountains north of Athens and wipe out two waves of attackers. Two Cossack armies are laying waste to the land at Athens and the third is killing Greeks when the enter the territory.
There are three settlers waiting north of the battle zone for for the area south of the mountains to clear of attackers, and they can move nto place on the plains north west of Athens when the time is right.
The population of Athens has dropped as Alex drafts conscript rifles.
There are two Greek rifles approaching Gingerov and a Cossack and Infantryman were dispatched in support of the town.
Moscow is building Cossacks, Novo and Rostov are buiilding infantry. The slave army is with the army building forts and barricades.
There have been no casualties, but no Marshal's batons handed out yet.

IT Greeks request an audience. 9 workers sitting around. No deals. See a caravel leave out of Gortyn.
1405 Bomb down 5 rifles and a guerilla to 1 hp. All are taken out with many elite wins. All the runaways are wasted by the armies. Another 6 rifles and 2 guerillas. Prepare to take out Gortyn.
IT Settler/rifle/guerilla appears
1410 Gortyn razed with 2 rifles and a guerilla inside. Another 4 elite wins, 1 created but 1 lost.
IT See a frigate/galleon headed north.
1415 Armies isolate Athens. Move
IT Guerilla pops out near Persepolis. See a cav. Find it on German turf later.
1420 More elite wins but a loss to a redlined guerilla. Ick. I try to put an agent in Athens. Not happening.

Germany ROP rapes us and takes Persepolis with only a healing elite and 3 arty inside. That was not cool.
1425 Try to put a spy in Germany again without success. Take Heidelburg with help from Pete's Army and a couple elite wins and a promotion. A king was included. Set up a couple forts between cities near Heidelburg. Take back Persepolis and another guerilla. Lose a cossack at Gingerov attacking a 2/4 cav. Lose another hitting New Heidelburg and a 2nd redlines. Fill in some infantry around the area. Bomb a group of 2 rifles and 2 guerillas NW of Athens. Take both redlined rifles with vets, hit the guerilla next with a LB and *presto* we get Lenin!!! Send Lenin to the German front where he has 2 cossacks inside. Finish off the last. There are no Greeks in the area.
SUMMARY
The Germans are coming with some cavs but I think we can hold them off. The question is whether we should stop with the Greeks and focus on Otto. We don't have a ton of troops but a number of cities are able to pop 2-3 turn cossack/infantry/arty. I only took 5 turns because it did take a fair amount of time to deal with both fronts, workers abd CE's etc.
