[Habitual Lesion]

I have recently started playing ToT and was wondering at what date do you generally get all the techs at. (Difficulty and Date)

In easiest, it's possible to get'em all by 1700-1800 if I'm not wrong. Thanks to democracy and trades of course.

Is it only ToT you want to know about?

I have Gold Edition and I usually get all techs 30 turns before the end...

ToT would be preferable, but is there any difference between versions if you're still playing the original version of the game?
