this would be my first time as well. when were you guys looking to get started?
i had planned for 4 human/4 ai and got a response from sv110mmh saying he is interested
that would make castle lord #5
the reasoning behind 4 players is because starting at midevial all 4 players get a starting religion, making the game as close to even as possible.
if, however, someone wanted to play without a starting religion, 5x5 is ok with me
i also wanted to do 2 games simultaneously
game 1 'Alpha' a civilized game every man for himself, all victory conditions, probably custom continents 1 per team, regular barbs
game 2 'Omega' team war either human vs ai or human/ai pairs conquest only, raging barbs, aggressive ai, map ?
I was hoping to get this set up before April 1

CONQUEST ONLY raging barbs aggressive AI always war no vassals
starting order will be completely random(names in a hat)
civs and leaders will be completely random
if there is anything that you don't like SPEAK UP!
i want every one to enjoy playing
once we agree on the options all we need are e-mails
I would like to start by next weekend so i will e-mail every one to this thread
to request any changes

also, i'm fine with warlords or vanilla.

billy doesn't have warlords so they will be Vanilla games.
If anyone knows they'll be gone for more than a day, post it before hand so we all know the game might be delayed. However, if the delay will be for more than that, finding a substitute player for the break might be required
plan on monday evening for first round(March 31), dod will start tuesday(April 1)
as per dods sugestion i will have him go last(gmt+1), allowing him to go before the rest of us in the states when we all make our turns after we get home from work/school
After playing your turn, post here so we know the game is flowing. since this is my first pbem if we have any glitches, we'll have to look for answers in the forums
I will check the thread before I start the games and post the playing orders monday night after I play my turns.
