Alright, I have it, ask your questions

You're a nice guy, I believe you. Could you, for me, tell me who is playable in each of the four scenarios. You don't even have to start the game, just go to its start-up menu. :)

I wonder how will you see your population in civ4, in civ3 you saw their heads and a number under the city to indicate how large it was. How will you see unhappy or unhealthy citicens?

Why are you here instead of playing?! (I could see posting during the install...when you should be checking out the manual...but after that...)

Ha, the guy's probably too obsessed with creaming Gahndi than seeing if he's more peaceful, lol.

can you post unit stats? All the sites ive had have very little info on the units.

Okay, first thing is first: This is my first Civ game, so you guys are going to have to walk me through exactly what it is that you're talking about much of the time.

The first thing that I noticed was that this games graphics engine appears to put some stress on my GeForce 256 MB Video Card, and so I am thinking that maybe Firaxis' minimum requirements were a little generous. Some people are going to barely make that line and be unhappy customers this evening. I had to turn some settings graphically down to medium.

Mrdie -- I didn't have Civ III, so I can't compare. :) Is there anyway to tell you quickly how peaceful he is?

Zany -- I don't know where to find the playable characters for the scenarios. When I enter the first available scenario, every leader for every nation is available to choose.

Please tell me how to deviate unit stats, and I will do my best to tell you. I am currently in the tutorial, so I should be able to answer some of your questions, if only briefly.

I think I should re-word my question: What civs are in all the scenarios. The Mongols aren't going to be the American Revolution scenario and the Americans aren't going to be in the Greek World one. I'm glad those within the scenario are all playable though. :)

What are the different scenarios? I heard there were going to be 4, but heard of only 2: American Revolution and WWII in the mediterranean...

Are you speaking of the modded ones?

If so, the three I have listed are:

World War II - North African Desert War
American Revolution
Greek, 600 BC -- Conflict Mediterrnean

Simple. Gandhi in real life was a peaceful, charismatic, intelligent, and a happy man. In Civ III he was none of these. If he nukes you, attacks you for no good reason, sneak attacks you etc. Then he is like the Civ III Gandhi.

But who is in the actual scenarios. I know there was the WWII Mediterranean one and the American Revolution one, and I heard of one about the Greek world and one of the Great Nordic War. Are these the correct 4 scenarios and who are the civs in them?

I don't see any Great Nordic War -- Only the other three, in the mods section. I went to the folder in the Firaxis folder on my computer and there are in fact only three mod scenarios. I still don't see anything about what civs are in them.
