Am denounced, cannot declare war and cannot denounce

Interesting one which I have not noticed before:
playing as nubia on epic speed
Turn 305 Macedon has denounced me and I can declare formal war on Macedon, BUT diplomatic service will come next turn and as Macedon had converted one of my cities it seems worth the wait to declare holy war.
Turn 306 Dip Ser OK but while Macedon still red face, None of the CBs are available in the CB menu saying that I cannot declare war because I have not denounced Macedon, but in the higher level menu denounce is not available (presumably because i am already denounced) Carries on turn by turn after this until denouncement runs out.

It should appear when they denounce you again, I'd believe.

Probably an incorrect behavior indeed, as it appears that it doesn't count the denouncement which happened before the CB was 'invented'.

they do, or If I denounce when I am able, they do. The problem is that you can't declare war even from a pre-existing CB, ie until the denouncement runs out you can't declare war on that civ at all, all CBs are "greyed out". Which is a bit bad really.
