Youve both got PTW or C3C? If you do...then something is very wrong.

Which version do you have
Vanilla(original)-there is nothing wrong
PTW or C3C-THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG

My only suggestion is that you could try uninstalling it and then installing it manually to prevent anything from being left behind
