Am I the only one?

I've been playing Civ ever since I got the first edition on my old 3.86SX pc. I own all editions since the first and have enjoyed the best strategy game in almost all it's many variations. It feels like it anyway I made my own historic mods and maps, mostly the Great Northern wars betweeen Sweden and Denmark-Norway an Russia in the old civII MapEditor.

I'm as excited as the next dude about the current edition of CIV - BUT I really miss the old WWII scenario.

Does anyone have any info as to whether they're going to make one? - Or point me in the way of a Mod.

Thanks a lot for that link! I've runthru the scenario a couple of times now - mostly playing Nazis. Just wondering why you can't save your game, but have to rely on autosaves? A minor glitch from the creator.
Also I think it could be worthwhile having the scenario setup, but playable without historical keydates. Makes gameplay more powerful. Just a personal opinion.

No one has heard of WWII being part of any DLCs or Expansions?

I must say that I'd really like a WW2-scenario.

But I'm quite charmed of the scenarios in general. Really looking forward to the 3 scenarios that come with G&K.

But next to that and a WW2-scenario, I also wouldn't mind other scenarios, like WW1, Napoleonic Wars, Unification of Japan, American Revolution, American Civil War, the Rise of Rome, The Warring States, The Seven Years War, maybe a futuristic scenario, etc.

To be honest I wouldn't mind paying for a scenario-DLC

These wars in Scandinavia I would find interesting -
* The 1643-45 Torstensson campain (from Poland to the occupation of Jutland)
* The Winter Campain of Swedish King Carl IX Gustav ending with the Roskilde Peace Treaty 1658. and the following war of 1659-60
* The 7 Yrs War - Denmark-Norway vs Sweden 1675-79
*The Great Northern War of 1701-1720 Rus+Dan vs Swe


And I would pay for DLCs too
