Thats only so if a game is perfectly balanced, and its pretty obvious no game is perfectly balanced (atleast in a game where everything is completely the same).
Its pretty obvious this mod isnt balanced.

I always thought it was odd that the Amurites never got some sort of UU for a library, elder council, or something along those lines.
