[GS] Ancient Inspiration does not fully provide 40%

It seems that ancient inspiration does not fully provide 40% in the current patch, and only provides sth. between 30% and 40%. This only applies to ancient era Civics and does not apply to other era Civics nor techs of any era. Is it a bug?

I had not noticed, how strange. Are you aware of any pattern to it? Like earlier ones provide less.
