Angkor Wat text

The hover text description that pops up when the mouse is over Angkor Wat while in the city production screen is incorrect - it refers to reducing the cost of buying tiles or somesuch (ie. a previous version benefit) rather than the current benefit. The current benefit is properly displayed when hoovering over the Angkor Wat display in the tech tree.

I also found the hover text on Workshop while being built in the city build window refers to a different value % production boost as compared to other text descriptions.
