Its not going to work very well if people write things well they feel like it so perhaps you should find who is interested and then give them some possible titles to chose from.

Will we not need a colosseum before you can do the reports on the chariot racing and the gladiatorial combat?
I suppose we could have some kind of Olympic games, with OX covering himself in glory with the unorthodox wrestling move of the "doughnut roll". I can see the article now:

How's about a report from the current carnival being held in our capital? The people seem to be having a great time, and even working extra hard all day so they can afford to party all night.
I doubt that I can submit articles witrh any kind of regularity but I'll do what I can. Things are getting a bit daft at work, with my being given loads of extra stuff for no extra cash and I've got to have an audit of my work this morning. I've only been doing the new job for a month so it shouldn't be as bad as for some of my colleagues but even so, it's a headache I don't need.

How dare you insult the sporting tastes of of grand citizenry! The reports will cover the village football matches of Regia Civatis of course!
