Announcement! Uploaded Files Help

Ok everyone here's the deal. In an idea brought to you by your favorite PBEMer, Darius. To free up server space i've decided to go and delete old saved game files uploaded to threads. This is going to be very long LONG process on my 56k. So i'm asking anyone who would like to help out by going back to dead PBEMs and delete their saved game files, to do so. That would be alot of help.

Good idea. Given that old saves were taking up a huge chunk of my disk space before I deleted them, they must be a real problem here. All those 200Kb files really add up.

yeah, so anyone who wishes to help out go ahead and delete your old uploads from dead PBEMs..

I deleted a file that had been downloaded 8 times.

PinkyGen and I being the great guys we are have cleaned all the files off of our Falklands War PBEM. The url is here:

We now feel we have done our duty to keep CIVFANATICS a "clean" website.

God rid of about 100 today, only about 600 more to go! Once my finals are over I'll put on the coffee and erase everything up till now; that should clear almost 150 megabytes!

I started deleting the save files from the SWINS PBEM - did about 5 pages worth.
