Well, at least this moved past one set (which hasn't happened for quite some time...)

Also i think it will be easier, given i decided to have at least two styles of placement, one for high-architecture civs and one for barbarian...

I saw your roman cities come by and they look tight - I don't know if I like the big temple in the smallest town though... I guess they need to 'earn' it
