Steps to reproduce this bug:
1. Wait until there is no game music currently playing.
2. Click on a leader to open a leader screen.
3. Conduct trade or do whatever you like, but wait several minutes until the game music resets.
4. Both the leader music and game music overlap to produce a very annoying cacophony of sound.
(This bug only occurs when there isn't already game music playing when you open a leader screen.)
I was surprised when I googled this that I couldn't find any other reports of this bug. This has been going on since the first release of Civ IV, although this never happened in Civ III. In Civ III, the game music would remain paused until you leave the leader screen, after which it would resume. Why can't the same be done for Civ IV? Yes, this is not a critical game bug, but to me, and I'm sure many others, it is rather annoying.
Civ people, please fix this for the next Civ IV BTS update. Thank you.
