anti-virus/trojan software

I think my computer has a trojan on it because there is a ton of spyware everytime i run ad-aware and spy-bot, and all i do is restart the computer. Also there are some very fishy things running in the background that I don't know what they are...like bitqvjj.exe.

anyway, what is a good anti-virus/anti-trojan software that people use? i downloaded trojan-hunter when this happened before and it fixed it but now the 30 day trial has expired. also, i want to be able to pick this up in a store because i don't have a credit card to purchase software on-line.

ALSO, is anyone here familiar enough with hijackthis to read over a log file and tell me how to fix the problem manually?

edit: Didn't read all the message...try posting your HiJackThis log, and see if someone here can tell you want to tweak.

Better yet...go to spywareinfo.com forums and post you HiJackThis log there.

They have a bunch of people who are really sharp with interpreting those things.
