Any Details on new City Improvements and buildings?

Anyone have more details on what exactly the new City Improvements and buildings improve in PTW? The manual is pretty vague in the descriptions and effect.

Civil Defense adds an additional 50% defense to cities. Can only be built in cities with a Barracks.

Commercial Docks add 1 gold to every water tile that is already producing gold. City has to have a Harbor to build the Commercial Dock

Stock Exchange increases tax output in a city 50%. Requires a Bank.

The Internet puts a Research Lab in every city on the continent and sparks a Golden Age if you haven't already had one yet.

Outposts push back the Fog of War. Consumes the Worker.

Airfields allow you to rebase, airlift and airdrop at a forward base where you don't have a city with an Airport. Available with Flight. Consumes the Worker.

Radar Towers add a 25% combat bonus to all units within a 2 tile radius. Available with Radio. Consumes the Worker.
