I want to press "new game" button and play a game where noone has corrution. Any way to do it?

You can do this, by opening the scenario editor, editing difficulties, and setting Corruption to 0% for all difficulty levels.

I've attached a BIQ file with this done (and with everything else using the default, including a random map), since it's a pretty quick change. Put it in your scenario folder and load it up via Civ Content, and you should be good to go!

I solved it by adding "reduce corruption" property for the buildings in the first two eras in the conquest.biq, which are default rules for default games. Corruption is calculated as 0.9-(buildings*0.1) so building 9 buildings should eliminate everything.

Since having that much is not a given i also set Optimal Cities Number to 1000, which should eliminate all rank corruption, and set minimal corruption for all government types, for no particular reason. A quick new game test building barracks, granary and walls in a distant city eliminated all corruption already.

You can do this, by opening the scenario editor, editing difficulties, and setting Corruption to 0% for all difficulty levels.
thank you, although im pretty certain difficulty settings alter setting for the player only, so this would be extremely unfair to the AI.

Maximum corruption is calculated as 0.9 - (regular anti corruption buildings x 0.1 + anti corruption wonders x 0.7). Also it cannot be lower than zero.

AI plays at regent level, therefore AI is covered by this solution aswell. Quintillus did a good job there.

What makes you say that?

AI plays at regent. They just do. It's the baseline difficulty level.
Difficulty level is penalties and settings. The higher your difficulty, the more penalties you get. Like amounts of people happiness etc. They can be found in the editor.

The idea from Quintillus removed corruption at all diff levels.

So:

P: Regent corruption level = zero
and
P: AI level is: Regent.
then
C: AI corruption level = zero.

Hmmm, of course, if you wish to really hamper the AI, you could set the corruption level slider to 200% and then also set a number of buildings to reduce corruption. That is a tempting idea, although I have discovered that when you set buildings to reduce corruption that the AI will eventually build them.
