Say, if I made a wrong move, can I undo it and even go back to the previous turn? I know this is not in the manual.

You should be able to set the autosave interval to every turn; but it might require hand editing the dot ini file.

The game defaults to autosaving every turn. Or at least it did on my machine.

You can also hand-change the number of autosaves you want preserved by editing that same ini file.
