So, in the expansion as far as I can tell, if you set a TraitType for a Unit, Building, Improvement, or District, once you build it, the game will reward you with a Moment. Most times. It seems that having multiple unique Buildings only triggers a Moment for the first one you build, but that's kind of a side case. Point is, we as modders have very little control over what does and does not give a Moment.
I'm wondering if there's some way, any way, to tell the game to NOT give a moment to certain things. For example, dummy buildings, multiple unique units (or a chain of unique units that replaces the same line of units, like the Melee chain of units), etc. Or, in some cases, explicitly tell the game to grant a Moment for something, like with the multiple UBs I mentioned above. Being able to control the flow of Era Score for stuff like that would be a real boon to making more balanced mods, or better hide the occasional jankiness we have to use to implement certain effects.
