Any way to move terrain hover tooltip anchor location?

I am aware that you can unbind the terrain hover tooltip from the mouse so that it appears anchored to the left side of the screen above the minimap, and I have fiddled around with the tooltip lua file a bit but I am unsuccessfully trying to find a way to anchor the terrain tooltip somewhere else, like perhaps anchored to the middle of the bottom of the screen. Has anyone figured out a way to do this or am I out of luck? Thank you in advance.
