Anyone have a map of the world?

I've been looking for a map of the world with random leaders on random starting locations... you know, have Gilgamesh capable of starting on any square on the map.

Thats actually easy to make. Simply make a copy of one of the earth maps that ship with the game in notepad and copy the player and team data from the vanilla Ice Age map over the player/team data for the map you copied and save the file. If you did everything right you should be able to pick any civ/leader and start at a random location.
