I have Steam but we play without Steam, by direct IP connexion. Do you play FFH2 with steam ?

We tried to make FFH2 work via direct IP but we couldn't get it to work so the only way we could do it was via Steam. How do you make FFH2 work direct IP?

also, I know this is an incredibly noob question, but how would one go signing up for a future pbem event and when would one start? I can't really find any answers to that.

Start a thread in civ general, preferably with some settings or preferences in mind, and see who signs up. I have a bit of a hankering at the moment, so I might be interested.

Games generally form and start in a month or so - most of which is waiting for mapmaking and so on to get sorted.

Looks like a teamer PBEM game might be starting up on RB, 3 more players needed.

You should try real time games too. It is more exciting and more dynamic, and very very faster to finish a game than PBEM.
