Is there anything that would cause the Apollo Program to be deleted? I was about to get a 243 SV, but my Apollo Program mysteriously disappeared from my capital and my spaceship parts couldn't launch. The only thing I did unconventionally was to delete my research lab in my capital for some extra money to buy a building. Kind of frustrating since that was my first sub-250 win .

The Apollo Program is more or less a wonder, it can't be deleted.
Once build (just like the Manhattan Project) you can build the spaceship in your capitol (or if you lost it in your makeshift capitol).

It's quite possible you messed up on completing the spaceship by missing a small detail. Check if you can't produce any space parts, have a city still making one or if a space part unit isn't still somewhere hanging around on the map.

Also with G&K, ensure you have a unit of Aluminum.

I had all the spaceship parts built, so aluminum wasn't the issue. I couldn't launch though :\.

There's some confusion about what I meant by 'launch', so I've provided some screenshots. What I meant was that I couldn't add any parts to my Apollo city. And yes, I'm sure that I built Apollo in Babylon. But it disappeared :\.

You may have run into the bug described in this thread. Did your game crash at some point? If so, for some unknown reason the crash causes the game to be recorded as a loss. That being the case, you can no longer win the game by building a spaceship. Does your Hall of Fame show this game as being a loss?

I don't remember if there was a crash, but my hall of fame says I lost at turn 57. I'll still count it as a win in my mind >.>.
