Has anyone else experienced, that after the Apostolic Palace has been build, you have switched to its religion and build an appropiate monastery or temple you still dont get the +2 hammer benefit from it in some cities, while you do in others?
I am at work right now, so i can't send a savegame, but I will later, if anyone can confirm it might really be a bug and not a feature I dont fully understand yet.
