Are you sure of this? I thought Persia and Egypt had one as well. I don't know where to look to find out, though.

Egypt has an "open terrain" start bias, and Persia has none.

Nope, only Arabia.

Would be nice though if every civilization spawned in an area/terrain related to their IRL counterpart.
