Archaeologist Capture Bug & Auto End Turn

1. When using auto end turn single player, the turn auto ends even if the dig is complete, you are unable to choose the option until the next turn.

2. Archaeologist completes dig but is captured by enemy, game loops after choosing culture or artifact. Saves attached.
