Don't even go there Shaitan. I own the Smokehose Enterprises, therfore I own the tile it is on. And I own the land that the BLM is founded on. I only own 1/3 of the BLM, but I own the land that it is on and that is part of my contribution of the company. The BLM did not purchase that property.

I'll go along with the BLM tile. I thought you were contributing it to the company startup as donsig and I both put in 2000 to your 1000. That's no biggie for me though. Chalk it up to poor communication. Run it past donsig though, please. I'm pretty sure he was thinking the same as I was.
The other one you definitely purchased as the business center for and by your business. Any other use would defeat the prohibitions we have against regular businesses buying land as an extension of their human owner.

Shaitan: Well, I bought my mansion. I am Sir SaaM, Duke of Cupertania, Penguin of the Lake, Grand Exhalted Oboeist. (i just added last one with the title of first oboeist in the school musical) So, I have deeds to two tiles ( i kept the deeds, right?) . I need a few more (Next TC has the founding of Octavium and Penguin, so we have more tiles to get) (Note- do i get dibs on the tile penguin is on? i mean, it is my city..) to be officialy a Duke (but its a permanate position, so its mine)

jdd2007 - Excellent idea. The Squire of Vanir has 1/2 off all training at The Academy (the teachers get their regular amount, I forfeit my profit). I'll extend this to the Knights of Vanir as well.
@SAAM - No, I have the title to the lands. You've got rights to build and use resources. You don't need land for your title as you received it by appointment (Leader position).
