Are colonization leader heads compatible with civ 4 BTS?

are the Leaderhead art files compatible for use in civ 4 Beyond The Sword?

I've never tried it but according to this thread all Col units and Leaderheads work in Civ4bts.

I thought they probably would be considering it uses the same base Engine between the games but i wasnt sure if there was some unknown variable. Thanks
