Are there any Democracy games out there?

Ie someone plays a Civ game and posts the game situation, then forum members vote on what to do. Could start with whether to found the city of go to a neighboring square...could vote on what to build first and what to research first, and keep doing that the whole game.

Could even be on Deity +5 for the ultimate challenge. Can the collective wisdom of the forums beatthe toughest level of Civ?

The last democracy game we had ended a couple years ago.

The closest we have here is the D+3 sucession game. I'm not sure if other sites have any active democracy games going on.
