Are these any good?

I have a basic computer, and I'd like to play CIV. So, I was looking around, and I saw these:

Will these get me to a playable status? Here's my current computer specs:

CPU: Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.06GHz
System RAM: 501.8 MB free
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition
Video Card: Intel(R) 82915G/GV/910GL Express Chipset Family
Direct X 9.0c
Sound Card: Realtek High Definition Audio

Short Answer: Your computer is already at playable status.

Long Answer: Your computer is already at playable status, although I would strongly recommend a DDR RAM upgrade.

Regarding the links... the RAM seems reasonably priced, and I see no reason not to invest in it. However, the video card is outdated and outrageously priced compared to what's on the market right now. Your integrated video card is below average, but I recommend a newer, cheaper PCI-Express X-series ATI card.

I just played the demo on high settings and it ran relatively smoothly. If it's a little choppy though, which is more impotant, and RAM upgrade, or a graphic card update?

By the way, I hate the demo. I was prospering and was REALLY into the game, and it ended abruptly. The demo might as well have just punched me in the face. Now I have to go get this game...

I found another one of these, except priced at 49.99(after rebate). Seems like a good price to me. Do I need to upgrade my RAM, or can I just buy this card and get noticeably better results?

Ah, I see. Well, I'm upgrading my RAM and buying this in junction, I guess.

EDIT: Well, I mowed my neighbors lawn and managed to get the money to buy this. My dad is going to pick it up tomorrow, so I look forward to asking many questions in the Civ IV board. I'm done playing the demo.
