Arms Trading

What could be a great addition to the game would be the opportunity to arms trade. The freedom to build units and sell them to others for gold rather than gifting!!!!! Or in desperate times buy mercenaries from others

I believe this is possible in RFC. It's a good idea. It would help a lot in fighting proxy wars where you don't want the diplo hits.

I think its a great idea but I think it should generate some diplo hits as well, if you sell arms to one guy the person he's pummelling probably wont appreciate it very much.

Something like a double negative points penalty for "You have traded with our worst enemy!" ?
