I played a game last night and most of my opponent's units were artillery. So when my attack helicopter got on the field I figured it'd be easy game from there since it would make no sense for an artillery unit to be able to hit a flying one right? Well needless to say I was pretty amazed when my helicopter died pretty quickly to them. How does that even make sense? Artillery is made to hit ground targets, not helicopters. How could it even hit one?
I'm guessing they made it this way for balance reasons, but to me it's just plain silliness. If you want to give them some sort of damage vs air units it should be VERY minimal.
Also I feel like ranged units in general are way too strong. Someone can just mass a bunch of artillery and spam kill everything that comes in range.
