Hi All,
My friends at school and I are interested in joining a SGOTM...we were a bit too late for the Persian SGOTM. However, since we are friends we would like to be in one team. We are all just average CIV3 players. Because we do not want to discuss all things through a forum, we would like to manage save games ourselves and then post the end game just as the GOTM sceneray....However if not possible we always can manage things through the forum.
Last,....because we all now each other we would like to be in one team, without any other people. In the General Rule they spoke of assinging other team members to another team to "Balance the Team". However, they did not wanted to balance the STAFF TEAM, to set a target? If teams are balanced what is the use of a Target team them or the SGOTM at all? Eventually you want to be the best team, with your own teammates, not? Why playing CIV succesion game with somebody you do not know? If a project is performed in a team, everyone does those things in which he is best, otherwise team building has no point. So, is it possible for us to
make a team with only us three without extra ppl getting assinged to our team? That gives us more freedom to play and discuss the SGOTM.

. The next thing would be to keep those teams and see if their score advances over the next SGOTMs. Because then you would know if players are getting better or not...so...a team and their members should be final. But, is it possible to form one team with your own members? Because then you can see if your team advances over the next few months. Than again, you can also do the same thing for the GOTM and do a succession game and post that score, but still you have an advantage over the rest because 3 know more than 1, so its not really comparable.
