Atlantis exist on some maps

wow, I never noticed that it gives twice it's bonus to tiles adjacent to both natural wonder tiles.

Isn't Eyjafjallajökull a single tile natural wonder? I'm 90% sure. If I'm right, it'd be impossible to get a double bonus on one tile.

Nice! I hope to find Iceland in a map one day. I want to visit there in real life this year or next.

Started a new game on Atlantis.

No special yields, no wonders, no sunken treasures and no mermaids.
(but lots of oranges)

I'm going this year!

Also, Atlantis is just a standard continent name. There's more mythological continent names, it's just that most of us don't know any of those myths except Atlantis. (which was actually created as fictional, and only later people started to believe it might have really existed)

There's Lemuria, Kumari Kandam, and Mu as well.

No Thule or Hyperborea though.

If I remember correctly the list of continents that Civilization VI uses was (around the time of release) identical to Wikipedia's "Continents of the world" index, so it seems like that's where they got their inspiration from.
