Audio and Other options panel don't show

Hi,

In BTS only (not in Civ4 vanilla), the 2 interfaces panel (and thus options) Audio and Others don't show (well they show, but blank without options). The others (Video eg) are ok.

I have my latest driver to date (nvidia). Am I the sole with such problem?

Are you running the German version? I think that's a major bug associated with it. Try downloading the 3.02 patch. Don't use the in-game updater, download it from here or from Firaxis' site.

I highly recommend you try 3.02 first as 3.03 contains bugs not present in 3.02. If 3.02 doesn't fix it, then try 3.03.

oops, went for 3.03 directly and this fixed the issue. Can i downgrade to 3.02 now?

How it can be that the autoupdater don't propose these patches btw?

I have exactly the same problem.

My copies of CivIV and Warlords are the US editions and haven't given me any particular problems.

I bought BtS in England, so it is the UK edition. When I installed and ran it, both the "Audio" and "Other" tabs on the "Options" menu are completely blank. The "Check for updates" option steadfastly insists that there are no updates available.

I'll try the 3.02 patch, and if necessary the 3.03 and see if that solves the problem.

Just a followup to my post last night: the 3.02 patch installed with absolutely no problems (other than a fairly slow download).

It solved the menu problem, they are complete and functional.
