Auto-Build in City?

Hi - I have come back playing CivIII with Snoopy's Graphics Mod - I'm loving it again!

Anyway I seem to forget how to turn auto-build thingy off? I don't want the cities are rebuilding units automatically too much and bankrupt me. Like in Civ4 there is an option for that but in CivIII , I forgot. I did check with digital manual (comes with Chronicles) but it doesn't mention anything.

You can set the Preferences (Ctrl-P) to make the game ask you what to build next in a city that just completed a build.
You could also queue builds in the city screen by shift-clicking builds.
I hope that´s what you looking for.

Ah I think it is better now. Quite annoying when one city kept building Galleys without letting me know.
