Auto-Unit-Cycling doesn't work

Hi there,

Auto-Unit-Cycling is activated in options, but I hve to manually click on every unit which hasn't received orders yet. That is very annoying. What could be the reason for that? Also units which received the order to get to another place on the map in more than one turn don't move further after ending the turn. I have to give them the order again...

There are definitely flaws in unit cycling. I hate it when I'm conducting a large scale battle and the scene suddenly shifts halfway around the world so scout can be moved. Also, if you issue a multi-move order and some unit moves into the square you are headed for, miles away, your order gets cancelled.

yeah, i noticed that too

seems like after a turn ends the screen goes to a worker when i'm in the midst of a battle that needs immediate attention

workers should be last in the cycle, not first

What I find annoying is if you 'w' a unit, then move the next unit it takes you right back to the unit you 'w'd. If you 'w' it again and move a third unit it takes you back to the 'w' unit again. And again. It's very insistent about you moving that unit, so it's a real pain to save it for last. I think this was reported as a bug for vanilla also.

It's not working, so your only way to make a good war is to move your units one by one, how tedious as it is.

Tried the auto-cycling a while ago and found that 1-move units and 2-units makes some of the soldiers almost going home again.

So trace every step manually, if you have let's say 2 crossbows, 2 catapults, 3 swords and a knight. For some reason I think, the knight takes precedence of moving, so he goes to tile A. If you had another unit going to that tile, he get lost and starts to wander around and you loose momentum.

But you win at the end anyways, :)
